Welcome to Liberty Treasure Coins. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online store and purchases of collectible and commemorative coins. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Use of Our Store

By accessing or using the store, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with its operation.

2. Product Descriptions and Collectibles

We offer collectible and commemorative coin products. Item descriptions, photographs, packaging details, condition, materials, and any available certificates should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Coins may have distinctive characteristics, manufacturing variations, or historical wear when those details are disclosed in the listing. Products are not represented as a particular metal purity, grade, rarity, certified status, or investment instrument unless this is stated accurately in the applicable product listing.

3. Availability and Product Information

Product availability and catalog information may change. We work to correct material errors in listings, inventory, and pricing as they are identified. We may remove or discontinue an item, subject to our obligations for orders already accepted.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are determined at checkout in accordance with store settings and law. Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States is free under our Shipping Policy.

Payment must be successfully authorized using an available checkout method. Payment information is handled by the payment services used in our Shopify checkout.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by the Store

Submitting an order does not guarantee that an item is available or that the order will be fulfilled. Orders may be reviewed for availability, pricing errors, payment authorization, address issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including an unavailable item or a material pricing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States only. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery after shipment is 7–15 business days.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Certain products are excluded from ordinary returns when disclosed or as stated in that policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation requests must be made before fulfillment begins. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return process.

8. Customer Information and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and keeping your contact information current so that we can communicate about delivery or any issues.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, designs, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws to the extent that we or our licensors own rights in them. No license is granted to copy or commercially reuse protected content without authorization.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store may use third-party technologies or link to independent third-party sites. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party content to the extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Product and website information is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted access and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, remedies for fraud or misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Collectible coin prices and resale values may change, and no future value or appreciation is guaranteed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you interact with the store.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Updated Terms will be made available on our store. Changes do not retroactively eliminate consumer rights for transactions completed before the change.

These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal and state laws, including any mandatory consumer protection rules. Nothing here is intended to select a particular state or court without an independently verified legal basis.
